What is Hypnoanalysis?

Hypno Analysis allows the individual to explore the cause of emotional issues that have created the symptoms that are "inside themselves - but out of their own control" , and to release the hold these emotions have had on their well-being. Allowing insights to unwanted behaviours and symptoms. During the course of therapy some of you may experience "moments of liberating discovery", and others may find the process more gradual and progressive. Since no two clients are the same, it is not possible to predict the rate and intensity of emotional release. However, one can be fairly confident that a release may be obtained usually within nine to twelve sessions of Hypno Analysis. With this knowledge it allows the client insight - therefore enabling resolution and peace of mind to follow.

Suggestion therapy utilises positive thoughts and feelings to produce a change in specific habits and behaviours such as smoking, slimming, nail biting, pre-test nerves, boosting confidence, relaxation etc. Positive suggestions are essential, they allow the mind to visualise and re-inforce the desired results. Letting your inner mind know exactly what you want to do - exchanging negative mind chatter, which only re-inforces negative behaviours and replacing the negative loop into a positiveand resourceful state; enabling the individual to feel the pride in their new ability to be in control of their lives.
